Abroad shipments are made through the French post (Colissimo). Delivery time depends on destination country.
For particularly long or large items to be shipped outside Europe, extra shipping cost can be asked after the order has been placed.
All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (week-ends excluded) if all items are in stock.
The orders will be shipped only when they are complete (no partial shipping).
In case you receive your parcel damaged, you must refuse it, otherwise no refund or reshipping will be possible.
